Patna branch of Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI) and Central India Regional Council (CIRC) organized a motivational programme of CA students at Bihar Industries Association hall in Patna on September 4, 2010. Umesh Garg, vice-chairman of CIRC was the chief guest.
