Patna: Counting of votes at all 42 centers are almost over as the Janata Dal – United (JD-U) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) claimed victory shortly after 10:30 am with the NDA leading at 178 of the 243 seats while the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) alliance reduced to a combined possible victory at 39 seats.
