PATNA: Consul General of France in Kolkata Jean Louis Rysto on Monday said that France cannot ignore Bihar as it is a key state of India.
Interacting with the representatives of industry and leading institutions of the city to collect information about the investment climate in the state and to exchange views about India and France, he was all praise for Bihar and its chief minister Nitish Kumar.
Rysto, who is on a five-day visit to Bihar and visiting different districts, said that he was surprised to see the rich heritage of the state. He said that he would visit Vaishali, Rajgir and Nalanda during his stay in Bihar. He said that France is interested in making investments in different sectors in India, including Bihar. He said that France would send experts to India to boost different sectors, including agriculture
