Patna: The Patna Book Fair Organized by National Book Trust witnessed one of the largest number of visitors here at Gandhi Maidan. It was estimated that about 70,000 people visited it on Friday.
With this it was closed here today. This edition attracted over 3 lakhs visitors in last 7 days

Schools have bought on massive scale for their Libraries. With Competitive exams starting early next year, an upsurge in the sale of Competitive books was expected, said one of the stall keepers from New Delhi
Apart from this, it had also been a favourite hangout place for couples, and gangs of youngsters.
Another Book Fair is expected to start soon, which would last for more than 15 days
