Bihar Government has invited Amitabh Bachchan for Bihar Diwas centenary celebration this year in March. “Amitabh Bachchan will be one of the special guests,” said Yaswant Prashar, a member of cultural committee for Bihar Diwas.
It marks the day when Bihar was carved out from Bengal Presidency March 22, 1912.
He said Bollywood personalities like Shatrughan Sinha, Prakash Jha, Udit Narayan, Shekhar Suman, Manoj Bajpayee and Neetu Chandra have also been invited.
The government has also invited the presidents of Mauritius, Suriname and Fiji.
