Bihar Police Director General has issued show cause notices to Patna IG Bhrigu Srinivasan and SSP Alok Kumar for not arranging Toilet for CM Nitish Kumar at the Bihar Diwas Celebration  venue at Gandhi Maidan .
Nitish Kumar was inaugurating the Bihar Centenary Celebration Functions at Gandhi Maidan on Thursday and had to stay there for over 3 hours. He  had to leave midway to use the toilet of a nearby hotel.
Temporary toilets were put up at the venue but  the CM would have had to pass through the public to reach one of them.
