nuradha Bali, the Wife of former HAryana Deputy CM and Congress Leader Chander Mohan was found dead at her house in Mohali. It cannot be said whether it was a natural death or suicide or murder. Her body was found is highly decomposed state which indicates that the death took place at least 4 days ago.  There are many incidences which hint demolish any chance of Suicide.
1.No suicide note has been found in the house, where Bali had been living all alone after the death of her parents.
2. “The highly decomposed body was found on her bed in the house and was infested with maggots,” Darshan Singh Mann, DSP (city), told reporters outside her house.
3. Police also found a bottle of liquor, a glass, cigarettes and mouth freshner from the house.The body was swollen and had turned black
4. Tarun, a distant relative of Fiza, said that she “could not commit suicide as she was a strong woman”. However, he said that she was depressed for last many days and used to take sleeping pills in the night.
5  Satpal, a paternal uncle of Fiza, who opened the house with the help of police said that he last spoke to Fiza on her cell phone on August 1 and Fiza told him to come to her house for Rakhi on August 2. According to Satpal, he could not visit her or contact her on August 2 because Fiza’s cell phones were switched off. Satpal said that he again came to visit Fiza today and again found that main gate was not locked and immediately informed the Phase-11 police station. He said that he broke open the house with the help of police and they found her body on her bed
A Post Mortem Report in Awaited which would reveal the real cause of death, but the reliability of  a Post mortem Report  conducted after 4 days of Death is negotiable.
Raj Nirbhik, a local BJP Leader  and her foster Brother says “I met Fiza when her relationship with Chander Mohan went sour. I had suggested that she go back to her maiden name Anuradha Bali and drop any idea of taking revenge against Chander Mohan,”  Fiza wanted to contest elections against the former deputy chief minister of Haryana to “teach him a lesson” after he left her after marriage.
39 Year Old Anuradha Bali was Assistant Advocate General of Haryana when she quit her job and converted to Islam along with Harayana Dy CM, Â Chandar Mohan in 2008 so that they could marry legally – he was already married. Ms Bali took the name Fiza and Mr Mohan became Chand Mohammad. The politician had to quit as Deputy Chief Minister and he was also disowned by his father, Bhajan Lal, who has served two terms as chief minister of Haryana.
