Why has Police made No arrests in Anuradha Bali Murder Case ?

Anuradha BaliHaryana Police couldnot make any arrest in the Anuradha Bali Murder Case till date. It is said the reason being all the accused are High Profile Politicians and hold high rank in Haryana State Politics.

The Special Investigation Team has questioned over two dozen people in connection with the case, but the interrogation failed to throw any lead, police said. Meanwhile, forensic experts took extensive samples from Bali’s house after searching it for over two hours.

The team also took samples from Bali’s cars and recovered her two mobile phones, which had gone missing on August 6, from her paternal uncle Satpal. Satpal had come to Bali’s house yesterday to claim her two cars but was sent back by the police constable on duty, officials said.

Of particular interest to the investigators is the intriguing presence of a duppatta (long scarf) around her neck when she was wearing jeans and top.

Social Activist Salim Alvi said that she had taken the name of Kuldeep Bishnoi (Chandra Mohan’s younger brother) several times claiming that he was capable of getting her killed.

He said Fiza wanted to lodge a police complaint but had no faith whatsoever in Haryana police. “It was then decided that she would come to Bulandshahr on August 9, after which she would hold a press conference either here itself or in Delhi. She was of the view that the press conference was the only way to ensure that she was not harmed,”.

Alvi said: “Fiza was sure that nothing would come out if she lodged a complaint with the Haryana police. She was a lawyer and there is no reason to believe that it was her casual remarks. Going by it, I don’t think the facts about her death will come out until the case is investigated by the CBI.”

Another person known to Anuradha Bali ‘Fiza’ has claimed that she had received death threats from some influential people in Haryana.

39-year-old Bali, a former Assistant Advocate General of Haryana, was found dead under mysterious circumstances in her house in Mohali on Monday.
