Nitish Kumar portrayed as Lord Vishnu in Samastipur

Samastipur: A Seven Feet tall Statue of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has been installed at Baghopur village of Samastipur district in Bihar.

The statue is in patterns with Lord Vishnu with 4 hands holding a map of Bihar, a torch, pen and a book on moral philosophy of life. It has been placed on the backdrop of Map of India.

The idol has been made by Sudhir Kumar, a graduate from College of Arts and Crafts, Patna.

According to Sudhir, he was too much inspired by the steps taken by Nitishji for a special category status to Bihar. “All these articles are symbolic, showcasing the progress, educational advancement and peace in the state, which deserves special category state status“, says Sudhir Kumar

The Statue would be open for viewing till November 3 which is the last date of Nitish Kumar’s Adhikar Rally.
