KFC Patna, the first such outlet in Bihar has been sealed by Authorities last Night.
State Food Commissioner Sanjay Kumar says that the Franchise failed to produce a valid license hence it was sealed.
“KFC’s newly opened outlet was sealed by concerned officials after the franchisee failed to produce a licence to run it,” Sanjay Kumar told IANS.
“Now, action would be initiated for violating the rule,” he said.
The outlet, which opened here in October and started selling since December 2, Â was sealed last night.
