Bihar Government has decided that the theme of Bihar Diowas 2013 would be Women Empowerment. The Three day celebration would emphasize the Role of Women in the developmnent of Bihar. A host of programme and exhibits have been planned to install in the mind of visitors, the role of Women in Bihar.
In the Resonance to the above, some 2500 Girls from Kashturba Gandhi BAlika Vishwavidyalaya would display their Martial Arts Skill at Moin-Ul-Haq Stadium on March 21.
The Government is also organizing  a ‘Mahila Natya Utsav’ in collaboration with Bihar Sangeet Natak Academy. It was inaugurated on Saturday and would continue till Wednesday.  All the  plays scheduled to be staged during this are  directed  by women.
Women theatre activists, including director from across the country, are participating in this unique festival, probably for the first time in Bihar
