New Delhi: The Father of Manoj Kumar Sah, who is the sole accused in the brutal rape of 5 year old Infant in New Delhi, had disowned him 2 years back following a dispute. His father, Bindeshwar Sah, asked him to leave the house and registered  a case of trespassing in 2010 in Gandhi Nagar police station. Manoj was arrested and later released on bail,
25 Years Old Manoj later rented a room in the same building as the victim in Gnadhinagar area of New Delhi. He was working as a part-time  Tailor and a laborer  in a Factory.
He was married recently and  his wife had come to her parent’s place two days back.
Manoj is a native of Bharphua village of Muzaffarpur District of Bihar. His wife belongs to Chiknouta village. Manoj was nabbed by special team of Police from his in-laws at Chiknouta.
