Rajesh Agarwal was arrested recently in a bribery case where he was caught red handed offering bribe to the Engineers of North Corporation for regularizing an unauthorized Building for Rs 30 Lakhs.

On August 7, 2013, CBI arrested Rajesh Agarwal along with his associate Manish Tuli offering Bribe to 4 Engineers of North corporation officials for regularizing an unauthorized Banquet Hall in Gurgaon owned by Manish Tuli. Till now  North corporation’s three engineers Satish Kumar, Naresh Kumar and Sanjay Kumar have been arrested along with junior engineer in DDA Rajesh Gupta, one Ashok Lamba, Assistant engineer R K Sethi and a Driver. The Trial Court has remanded them to a Police custody of 7 days.
