Bombay Bullion Association President Mohit Kamboj joins BJP

As the echos of Narendra Modi’s Prime ministerial candidature grew louder, Mumbai-based business tycoon, Mohit Kamboj  joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Kamboj, was inducted in the party at a ceremony held at the Yashwantrao Chavan Pratisthan Sabhagar, on Saturday in Mumbai. Senior BJP leader,  Gopinath Munde; Opposition Leader, Vinod Tawde and Ashish Shelar, President – Mumbai, BJP were present on the occasion, which was attended by a large number of party workers.

Speaking on the sidelines of induction ceremony, Kamboj expressed that he is inspired and motivated by both Rajnath Singh and Narendra Modi. “I strongly felt that prelude of an era is in the offing and every sincere Indian should impart and render his or her services to pave this new age,” he added.

Mr Kamboj, who is the President of the Bombay Bullion Association (BBA), pointed out that the popularity of BJP and especially Narendra Modi  is gaining momentum tremendously not only from India, but globally. “People of India are eagerly waiting for the Lok Sabha elections to bring the BJP to power under the strong leadership of Modiji and thereby, save the country,” he said.

Recently, the BBA had unveiled “Target 272 for 2014” at the hands of  Rajnath Singh, President, BJP, during the inauguration of corporate office of the BBA at Zaveri Bazaar, Mumbai. The BBA had also extended full support to Narendra Modi as the prime ministerial candidate
