Akshay Kumar ha taken over the role of Chacha Choudhary in his upcoming movie Boss. According to reports, the makers of Boss would be coming up with a special comics of Chacha Choudhary in which Boss (Akshay Kumar) would also feature in prominent role.
Reports say that the role of Akshay Kumar in Boss is quite similar to Chacha Choudhary in Comics. While Chacha Chaudhary solves people’s problems, Boss too helps those in distress, in his own funny style.
Akshay Kumar says, “I’ve been a fan of Chacha Chaudhary and Sabu (the alien who helps Chacha Chaudhary fight criminals) since childhood. I am honoured that my character will now be featured alongside them in a special comic book.”
Speaking about the tie-up, Rudrarup Dutta, head of marketing, Viacom 18 Motion Pictures, says, “It is a unique way to connect with our target audience, especially children. It also is a matter of pride to be part of this collector’s edition and a treasure for Indian comic book fans.” This edition, to be printed in English and Hindi, will be officially launched by Akshay soon.
Boss, produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures, Cape Of Good Films and Ashwin Varde Productions, releases on October 16.
