Mumbai: Actress Poonam Pandey was reportedly arrested on the night of Friday, May 2nd for indecent and inappropriate behavior. The Incident took place on at Mira Road area of Mumbai at around 11PM.
Some reports say that she was in skimpy clothes with a male friend, however Mumbai Police says a different account of the incident.
“Poonam Pandey was caught wearing skimpy attire and indulging in indecent acts between 10:30-11 pm. She was not accompanied by a male and waited for someone for quite a long time. We have let her off with a warning,” Praful Wagh, Crime API, Mira Road Police station, said as quoted by India TV.
The actress has denied all those charges and said that she was just listening to songs in the car parked on the road.
