Arjun Rampal meets Criminal in Hospital, gets Police Notice

Mumbai police has summoned actor Arjun Rampal for meeting gangster turned politician Arun Gawli in JJ Hospital last year.

Rampal, who plays Gawli in under-production film ‘Daddy’, spent close to an hour with the don in the hospital’s Out-patient Department on December 29 last year.

Arun Gawli is a gangster-turned-politician in Mumbai who has been convicted for murder and imprisoned for life and is presently lodged in Navi Mumbai’s Taloja jail.

An internal probe has also been started against the policemen who helped the actor to meet the dreaded criminal.
