Akshay Kumar learning Arabic for his Iraq based movie Airlift

Bollywood Khiladi Akshay Kumar who will be portraying a character of a businessman in his upcoming thriller Airlift, is attending diction classes to learn Arabic to get into the skin of the character.

Airlift is an action thriller based on a concept inspired by real life incidents of human evacuation specially in war zone areas. It would be directed by Raja Krishna Menon and produced by Bhushan Kumar of T-Series. The Lunchbox actress Nimrat Kaur would be cast opposite to Akshay Kumar in the movie.

According to sources, below is the plot of the movie:

Ranjit Katyal (played by Akshay Kumar), a wealthy and powerful Indian businessman, who has always seen himself as a Kuwaiti, rather than an Indian, realises that he no longer wields any influence on the Iraqis, and that he and his family are in as much danger as anyone else.

Ranjit helps over 1.7 Lakhs Indians stranded in the warzone to get back to their homeland, making it the largest human evacuation in the history.
