Medha Patkar resigns from Primary Membership of Aam Aadmi Party

Mumbai: Senior AAP leader and anti-Narmada dam activist Medha Patkar on Saturday resigned from the primary membership of Aam Aadmi Party after dissident leaders Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan were expelled from the national executive of the party.

Patkar said that as senior member and activist she is disappointed from the party. She added that she never accepted any position of the party.

She made the announcement at a hurriedly convened media conference at her office.
