Haryana Chief Minister today took a Metro in Delhi to reach his meeting on time. He said traffic jams in Delhi compelled him to take the Metro as he did not wish to be late.

A Day earlier, his convoy had hit and killed a Pedestrian in Karnal, Haryana. Talking to the reporters, ML Khattar said that an FIR has been registered against the driver of the pilot car of his convoy.
Two policemen in the CM’s pilot vehicle also sustained injuries in the accident that happened on the national highway near Karnal on Monday night. He added that a compensation of Rs 5 lakh has been provided to the family of the victim. Khattar called the incident unfortunate and said that he will ensure that such incident does not repeat.
