Amreli: Marine police in Gujarat rescued 17 sailors from two sinking Yemeni ships near Pipavav port from Amreli coast. The incident happened when a ship named ‘Amanna’ while taking another ship ‘Abdullah’ to a dockyard hit a mountain. One of the crew members managed to send out a message to the marine police, which led to a three-hour long rescue operation. The onboard crew members thanked the marine police for conducting timely and successful rescue operation.
