An Argentine entertainment website posted a copy of the court ruling that orders the Canadian singer be detained for questions relating to the alleged assault.
The incident, which happened in 2013, involved a local photographer who accused Bieber and one of his bodyguards of lashing out at him after attempting to snap a picture.
The court also ordered the detention Bieber’s bodyguard.
This marks the latest in a string of run-ins with the law that Justin Bieber has had in several countries.
