Sadhvi Pandey is merely a 23 year old girl from Agra, but her brave and courageous act has shown the world how to deal with eve-teasers, even when they are high profile and influential. A video of her has gone viral on Internet, in which she is seen riding on the top of Samajwadi Party Leader Abhinav Sharma’s Mercedes Car, after being eve-teased and molested by one of his Body guards. She even smashed its windshield and tore off off the party flag on the bonnet.

According to reports, the incident took place on Sunday in Agra. The Girl Sadhvi Pandey was riding a scooty along with her sister. At a traffic red light, when she had stopped, she noticed some people inside a Mercedes Car winking upon her and her sister. The Mercedes car happened to be of Abhinav Sharma, a local MLA Aspirant and the culprits were his gunmen. She tried recording the entire episode on her mobile phone. Several people gathered at the location and watched the event unfold.
Suddenly few personal security guards of Sharma came out from an accompanying vehicle and snatched her mobile phone and threw it away. This enraged her to a limit that she left her scooter and rode atop Sharma’s Car and smashed the windshield after tearing off the party flag on the bonnet.

The Police arrived on the scene and started dispersing the huge crowd that had assembled creating a traffic logjam in the area. But the brave girl refused to come down from the car. She demanded an apology from the bodyguards of Sharma, apart from the cost of her handset. Sensing troubles, Sharma and his bodyguards remained inside their cars while Police, Crowd and some other bodyguards requested her to climb down. After an hour of heated debate, she came down when the MLA agreed to pay Rs. 6500 as the cost of damages. It is not clear if the bodyguard apologized or not.

The video of the Girl’s courage took social media by storm, with most people sharing links online saying that was the way to deal with eve teasers.
According to reports, Sadhvi Pandey was visiting a doctor with her sister when this incident happened. She works in a Government Bank.
Meanwhile, Superintendent of Police, Agra city, Rajesh Kumar Singh said that both the parties are blaming each other and any action will be taken only after investigation.
