Kolkata, May 25 (ANI): In a blatant act of insensitivity by a senior minister in the Mamata Banerjee government, a guard was seen tying shoelaces of a minister.
Minister for Planning Rachpal Singh asked a security guard to tie his shoelace. The incident has brought embarrassment for the Trinamool Congress government.
