Woody Allen ‘s American mystery drama ‘ Irrational Man’ is all set to be premiered at Cannes Film Festival’s Palais and he recently explained the reason why he did not want it to premiere in competition. He said in an interview that he has never had a film in competition in his life and he just doesn’t feel to compare one film with another. The American director continued that people make films for different reasons for money or they make them because something in them demands artistic expression and he does it because he enjoys his work. He added that movies like ‘Godfather’ cannot be compared from ‘Goodfellas’ as these movies are not meant to compete.
