Foreign ministry to take a call on separatist leader Geelani’s passport

Jammu and Kashmir/ Bihar/ New Delhi, May 20 (ANI): India’s foreign ministry will decide whether to provide Kashmiri separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani with a passport or not, said Minister of state in the PMO Jitendra Singh. Geelani, a leader of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, has reportedly applied for an Indian passport to visit his ailing daughter, Farhat Jabeen Geelani, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The incident has become a matter of debate between political parties.
