Gaya: In a suspected case of honour killing two youths said to be in love were allegedly first lynched in a village in Gaya district of Bihar and then set on fire.
The youth Jairam Manjhi, suspected to be in love with a 16-year old girl from the village of his in-laws was already married and had three children.
The lovelorn youths later brought to the village panchayat which, in presence of the family members of the girl and Jairam’s in-laws, allegedly ordered death penalty to them.
Altogether 15 villagers, including eight women and seven male members, have been named in the case while one woman has been arrested by the police.
