PM Modi visits monastery in Mongolia, holds delegation level talks with his counterpart

Ulan Bator, May 17 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the Gandantegchinlen Monastery in Mongolian capital Ulan Bator on Sunday morning. Modi interacted with the monks at the monastery and offered special prayers. Later, PM Modi met his Mongolian counterpart Chimed Saikhanbileg in Ulan Bator. A high level meeting was held in the presence of official dignitaries and delegation level talks were held between both the countries. Earlier Modi was accorded a ceremonial welcome at the Chinggis Khaan Square in Ulan Bator. Prime Minister Modi is on the second leg of his three nation tour. He will stay all day in Mongolia and depart for South Korea on Monday.
