Politicos slam Yasin Malik as he asks UJC Chief to probe Sopore killings

New Delhi/ Jammu/ Srinagar, May 28 (ANI): Political leaders on Thursday slammed Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik after he appealed United Jihad Council (UJC) Chief Syed Sallahuddin to form a committee to investigate the Sopore killings. Malik also announced to start ‘jail bharo’ campaign from tomorrow for ten days against curbs on pro-freedom activities in Kashmir by the government. PDP refuted Malik’s statements and said that what a separatist leader says does not matter and does not affect the state government. BJP leader Hina Bhat said that Malik has no right to comment on these issues. NPP Chief Bhim Singh slammed state government for such statements from separatists. Meanwhile, Congress party alleged that there is a conspiracy by the BJP- PDP alliance in Jammu and Kashmir to hand over the state to separatists and thereafter to Pakistan.
