New Delhi, May 20 (ANI): In the latest development in the RK Pachauri case, a petition filed by him in the High Court seeking permission to allow him to continue working was heard today. He had last week sought modification of the bail order to allow him to resume work. Pachauri had been denied permission to enter TERI premises after allegations of harassment were put by a female colleague. Pachauri has been issued a notice by the HC in regard with the petition and it should be answered within 24 hours. His lawyer Ashish Dixit said that if a person has been granted bail he should not be denied permission to work in his office. He further said that there would be no effect of petition in High Court on the case as the Sessions Court will decide on the basis of merit.
