Agra, May 24 (ANI): A twelve year old boy was found serving water at a press conference by Minister of State for HRD, Ram Shankar Katheria in Agra city of Uttar Pradesh. When asked by the minister about this child labour, he said that such light issues should not be raised by media. The minor was seen walking here and there with a tray in his hand and serving water to everyone.
