New Delhi, June 30 (ANI): Former home secretary and BJP leader R K Singh on Tuesday said that it was the responsibility of the then-prime minister Dr Manmohan Singh to keep a tab on the happenings in the Coal Ministry with regards to the coalgate scam. Earlier in the day, former minister of state for coal Dasari Narayan Rao alleged that all the decisions related to coal blocks were taken by the then-prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh who was in-charge of the Coal Ministry. Rao was speaking to reporters after appearing before a court in the case. A Delhi court adjourned till July 13 a case against opposition Congress party leader and industrialist Naveen Jindal and Rao in the coal scam. Rao said Singh was in-charge of the coal ministry during the scam.
