New Delhi, June 24 (ANI): A Delhi court has said that the plea against Union HRD Minister Smriti Irani over misrepresentation of her educational qualifications is ‘maintainable’. The court added that it is maintainable only to the extent that the complainant must show proof on the day of hearing. The lawyer said that Irani has not been summoned by the court nor any FIR has been registered so she cannot be called an accused as of today.
