Sikar, June 28 (ANI): A massive operation is underway since Saturday (June 27) in Rajasthan to rescue a seven-year-old girl who fell into a 40-feet deep borewell. The incident occurred in Sikar district of the state when Sunita, who was playing in the fields, fell into the newly dug borewell. Several rescue teams, comprising the army and National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), have been working since Saturday to save Sunita who is stuck for more than 24 hours now. Deep holes are being dug next to the borewell to find an alternative route to reach Sunita. Sunita’s father, Rudharam, said her daughter was playing in the fields when she accidentally fell into the borewell.
