Kolkata, June 29 (ANI): The prestigious Scottish Church College in Kolkata has withdrawn the dress code banning short skirts and messages on T-Shirts which was issued over the weekend. Economics teacher Dr Moshmi Marena said that the dress code was only “advice” given to the students. Recommending students to come in “unostentatious dress”, the College had proscribed round-neck t-shirts and short and slit skirts, sparking off condemnation from students and academicians.
