New Delhi/ Ghaziabad, June 27 (ANI): Political leaders on Saturday react as BJP activists and other Hindu organisations expressed their outrage over mock rioters waving saffron flags during anti-riot drill in Allahabad. They said that it was a deliberate attempt to show Hindus as rioters and terrorists at the behest of Samajwadi Party government in Uttar Pradesh. Samajwadi Party leader Gaurav Bhatia said that the state government respects all ideologies and that BJP is only politicizing the issue. Congress leader Pramod Tiwari said that the BJP should monopolize of the saffron as it is not their party’s colour. At the same time, he also said that the state police should not have used the flags. Meanwhile, Home Affairs Minister Rajnath Singh said that the UP administration is looking into the matter. BJP leader Srikant Sharma blamed the SP government for the act.
