Rajasthan State Congress passed Raje’s resignation proposal: Sachin Pilot

New Delhi, June 17 (ANI): Congress leader Sachin Pilot on Wednesday, while addressing a press conference, said that the Rajasthan State Congress passed the proposal asking for Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje’s resignation for allegedly backing former IPL chairman Lalit Modi’s immigration application. The decision was taken at an executive meeting here. Raje had, however, yesterday denied the allegations levelled against her. She said that she did not have knowledge about any such documents. According to reports, the documents released by Lalit Modi’s public relations team reveal that Raje had backed the former IPL chief’s UK immigration application in August 2011 on the condition that her support would be kept a secret.
