Reactions pour in as Haryana is all set to make Sanskrit compulsory from Class 6-12 in all schools

New Delhi, June 05 (ANI): Reactions poured in as Haryana panel has recommended that Sanskrit should be made compulsory in all schools under the state board from Class 6 to 12. Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij hailed the decision and said Sanskrit should be taught throughout the country. Congress and other parties, however, opined that Sanskrit is a great language but it should be optional and not mandatory. AAP leader Ashutosh said that Sanskrit won’t bring any progress in education system.
