RK Dhowan practices yoga as Indian Navy all set to undertake ‘Yoga across Oceans’ on June 21

New Delhi, June 19 (ANI): As the yoga fever is gripping the entire nation, Indian Navy is not far behind with Navy Chief Admiral RK Dhowan practicing yoga during a ‘Naval Yoga Workshop’ in Delhi on Friday. The Navy Chief along with many others practiced different asanas as the International Yoga Day is approaching wherein many countries including India will observe the day on June 21. Admiral Dhowan said that the Navy will observe the day with a unique programme, ‘Yoga Across Oceans’ to mark the occasion on Sunday. As part of the event, its personnel will be performing asanas across time zones – the Western Pacific Ocean in the East, the Southern Indian Ocean in the South, and the Mediterranean Sea in the West.
