Prakasam, June 18 (ANI): Three people were killed and four others seriously injured when a Vijayawada-bound car collided with a lorry on the Chennai-Kolkata Highway in Andhra Pradesh’s Prakasam District on Thursday. The ongoing upgradation of the expressway has led to Chennai-bound traffic taking routes meant for the Kolkata-bound vehicles. The deceased have been shifted to the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences for post-mortem. Further details are awaited.
