Lucknow, July 16 (ANI): The Allahabad High Court on Thursday ordered a CBI investigation into the alleged graft case involving Noida Chief Engineer Yadav Singh. The Lucknow Bench of the High Court comprising Chief Justice D.Y. Chandrachud and Justice S.N. Shukla gave the order of CBI probe. The petitioner had given details of Income Tax raids on Yadav’s establishments in Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad last year and had alleged recovery of illegal properties and had also sought a CBI probe into the matter. The petitioner had also reportedly alleged that Singh had enjoyed plum postings under the regimes of Mulayam Singh Yadav, Mayawati and incumbent Akhilesh Yadav, and the State government was not acting against him.
