Astana, July 07 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday addressed the gathering at Nazarbayev University in Kazakhstan’s capital Astana. Modi said that he had come to Kazakhstan as a neighbour to write a new chapter in an ancient relationship. He lauded the generosity of Kazakhstan in making way for India for the membership of UN Security Council in 2011-12 adding that India solidly stands behind Kazakhstan for its bid in 2017-18.
