New Delhi, July 22 (ANI): Union Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Rajiv Pratap Rudy on Wednesday challenged the Congress party to come for a debate within and outside the Parliament over any issue. Rudy said that the members have requested the Speaker that they want decorum in the house adding that the way Congress leaders are carrying placards inside the Parliament is a very insensitive attitude. He further stated that BJP can also answer back with placards and highlighting various scams but it wants decorum in the house.
