New Delhi, July 1 (ANI): The Congress and the BJP on Wednesday locked horns over the controversy surrounding Swaraj Kaushal. According to reports, former IPL chairman Lalit Modi offered a job to External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj’s husband, Swaraj Kaushal, months after Sushma helped the tainted tycoon get travel documents in the UK. In a letter, Lalit Modi asked Swaraj Kaushal to serve as his back-up on the board of one of his companies – Indofil. Meanwhile, Indofil chairman and managing director Krishan Kumar Modi has said that Swaraj Kaushal’s name was never considered for the post of director, adding that the appointment was a mere suggestion by Lalit Modi.
