New Delhi, July 26 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Sunday allowed Red FM to participate in the Phase III of FM radio auction. The High Court has also quashed the government’s decision denying security clearance to Red FM and rejected their application to participate in the auction. The e-auctions are scheduled to start at 9.30 am tomorrow. The court heard the petition filed by Digital Radio (Delhi) Broadcasting Ltd. and Digital Radio (Mumbai) Broadcasting Ltd, challenging the Information and Broadcasting Ministry’s move to bar them from the auctions.
