New Delhi, July 12 (ANI): Political leaders on Sunday termed the filing of an FIR against IPS officer Amitabh Thakur as an act of ‘political vindictiveness’ by the Akhilesh Yadav-led Samajwadi Party (SP) Government. The FIR was registered against Thakur filed in Lucknow’s Gomti Nagar police station today. The complaint names Thakur, who had yesterday alleged that Samajwadi Party (SP) supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav had threatened him over the phone, as a rape accused.
