Karnal / Panchmahal, July 13 (ANI): A car ran over people sleeping on footpath, killing two in Haryana. Eyewitnesses said the driver of the car and his colleagues were drunk when the accident took place at a national highway flyover in Karnal district. Police arrested three people while one of them fled from the spot. The bodies have been sent for post-mortem in a government hospital in Karnal. Meanwhile, a speeding tanker mowed down a family of four in Panchmahal district of Gujarat. The entire incident was recorded by a CCTV camera of a toll plaza.
