New Delhi, July 29 (ANI): The Patna High Court has put an interim ban on Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav’s ‘Badh Chala Bihar’ campaign for displaying Nitish’s pictures on posters. The campaign was violating the guidelines of the Supreme Court wherein the highest body for justice had stated that state government should not publicize itself by putting pictures of local ministers during campaigns. JD (U) leader KC Tyagi said that though the court’s decision is not in favour, it will be abided. Congress leader PL Punia said that the campaign can again begin with some amendments. Meanwhile, BJP leader Siddharth Nath Singh said that the campaign was showing Nitish to be taking credit for something which has not been done by him and also SC’s guidelines were not followed so its ban was welcome.
