PM Modi arrives in Kyrgystan, receives ceremonial welcome

Bishkek, July 11 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday arrived in Kyrgystan’s capital Bishkek from Turkmenistan. He was received by a delegation of leaders at the airport. Modi was accorded a ceremonial welcome at the VVIP Lounge of Manas International Airport and a guard of honour during which the national anthems of India and Kyrgystan were played. The Prime Minister successfully completed his Turkmenistan tour and said that it has been memorable. Modi is expected to lay a wreath at Victory Monument, which was built in the memory of victory over Nazi Germany during Second World War. He will also be meeting the President of Kyrgystan, Almazbek Atambayev and hold bilateral talks. Various agreements will also be signed between both the countries.
