New Delhi, July 09 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Thursday transferred investigation of all cases related to Vyapam Scam in Madhya Pradesh to the CBI. The next hearing will be held on July 24 and the CBI will then be allowed to present its side for the Supreme Court to decide whether or not the CBI investigation should be monitored by the SC. Lawyer said that the SC appreciated the Madhya Pradesh government’s stand regarding CBI probe in the entire matter including suspected deaths of witnesses, suspects and victims.
